As you can guess I was feeling a little stress. I consulted with my doctor and she asked me a few questions and the next thing you know I was on Effexor (75ml). I did not do any research on this drug, I took my qualified doctors suggestion.

Starting to feel very bad I consulted my doctor again and he (new doctor) bumped me to 150ml per day. Now I really am starting to notice a change in myself: Fatigued, starring into space, don’t care attitude, brain shivers and nightmares. I am now on my 7th day (November 20th 2007) and I am going through the withdraws (remember this is not suppose to be addictive): Constant Brain Shivers, Saddness, Fatigue, Nausea, Nightmares, Dizziness, Tinggling in the Hands.

This medication has made me into a person whom I don’t know. Before going on this medication I could not wait to get on the golf course, work in the yard, have cook outs and enjoy time away from work with my family. Now I don’t have the energy or desire for anything.

HOW CAN A DOCTOR ASK A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS AND GIVE YOU SOMETHING THAT JUST TURNS YOU INTO SOMEONE YOU DON’T LIKE? THAT IS THE QUESTION.. I almost feel guilty because my life has become so enjoyable and so easy.
